This home needed a fresh look so we added a new porch with a stylish metal roof, replaced the siding with dove gray James Hardie fiber cement board, stained the brick white, added mullions to the windows, installed a contemporary front door and garage door. We finished it off with stylish accent lighting.

Our designers had a bold vision for restyling the front of this colonial home, and it turned out spectacularly. We stained the brick white, added custom gray shutters to the new black trimmed windows and completed the design with a café style front door. Painted black gutters and a gray garage tie it all together.

When our designers were brainstorming about how they could reinvent this plain ranch home they decided to use a classic black and white combination. They knew that these contrasting colors create a modern, dramatic vibe. Almost maintenance free James Hardie white board and batten siding serves as the background to the jet black contemporary front door and window trim.

This saltbox was looking a little worn which is why we added an expansive front porch with a unique roof line and custom portico to add architectural interest to its appearance. A bright blue front door and matching shutters give this home a happy new feel.
