Burr Ridge First Floor Home Addition
We just finished our kitchen and first floor home addition with Bradford and Kent and love it. Every step of the process was professionally handled. Our designer Jim was great. He really listened to what we were saying and worked with us. Our construction mgr was on top of things the whole way. He would always under promise and over do. Issues always crop up, and they were all handled in a decisive manner. The allowances in the bid for various items were very realistic, so there were very few extras–most were items we added. We felt good about the value delivered. Cannot recommend them highly enough for a home addition or any home remodeling project.
Burr Ridge Home Addition – Bump Out
From the initial presentation to the final product Bradford and Kent did an excellent job. We first met with the home addition and kitchen designers who gave us a wonderful presentation describing the company, the design-build process and photos of actual projects. After the initial presentation my husband who is an engineer started drawing up some ideas. When we met with the designers they warmly embraced these ideas and came up with several of their own. After we agreed to the project design we asked if my husband could do some of the finishing work himself and were told that was not a problem. During the construction phase we had our own construction mgr who was very available to answer phone calls or meet with us. The trades who did the work were fabulous. They were polite, neat and very talented. We could not be happier with our new home addition which includes a remodeled kitchen and family room. Many of our neighbors have said the home addition looks like it was built with the house. We could not recommend Bradford and Kent more highly for any home remodeling.

We had an incredible experience working with Bradford and Kent who designed and built our home addition. From the initial phone call to the completed project, everything was fantastic. Mark and Darci designed a beautiful home addition and kitchen. Jon supervised the construction which went smoothly and was on schedule. Everyone we worked with made us feel comfortable. Everyone that worked on our home treated it like it was their home. We cannot say enough about Bradford and Kent. They are great.
