I was referred to Jim by a very dear friend who had done a home addition. I was told he would be honest, attentive, and most importantly he would listen. They were so right! He gave us a few outstanding options on how to design our home addition which was somewhat complicated. It included a kitchen and family room bump-out in addition to a new bath. Jim showed us drawings in 3D. The 3D drawings really helped us understand what our home addition would actually look like. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jim totally understood my vision.
Though Jim and Bradford and Kent were referred to me, I still did my homework, getting 3 total bids for our home addition. I called and spoke to prior clients of each of the contractors. Of all the bids I received, Jim’s was the most inclusive which gave me confidence.
When we were ready for construction we felt confident it would go smoothly because Jim was so buttoned up. And, we were right. The trades were fantastic. We love our new addition.

We first had Bradford and Kent remodel a hall bathroom and we were so happy with the results, we had them design and build a master suite home addition. The results were beautiful – the addition looks just like I had envisioned it! Mark made some great suggestions and came up with some creative solutions to challenges. Even though some issues came up during construction, which is not unusual for a home addition, when all was said and done, Bradford and Kent made things right. What started out badly turned out to be the most wonderful home addition experience. We wanted to add a master bath, and also a third car garage above it. We talked with quite a few contractors about it, and they were expensive and not really creative. Luckily, my neighbor who had done a home addition with Bradford and Kent recommended them.
