Our Home Addition Process:
In-Home Consultation
We start by discussing what you are trying to achieve in adding more space to your home and helping you to understand all the possible ways to accomplish the desired result. During this consultation we will also take pictures, measurements and evaluate the existing mechanicals and property details.
Design Presentation
Next we will meet at our design center and present realistic concept renderings of your home addition. From here you and your designer can make changes and adjustments until the rendering represents exactly how you want your finished addition to look, inside and out.
Architecture / Engineering, and Selections
After the concept is approved and the contract is signed the project will go to our Architecture and Engineering Dept. where Architectural plans are drawn and permits are applied for. During this time you, your designer and a selection coordinator will be finalizing all the selection details such as materials, fixtures and colors.
Construction & Warranty
Now your project goes to production where a Construction Manager will be in touch with you daily until the project is completed and you are 100% satisfied. Once finished, Bradford & Kent extends a 5 year warranty giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your new space and wow your friends and family!
